Sure, Janet Jackson’s plastic-surgery-enhanced nose looks good — if you compare it to siblings Michael and LaToya. By most standards, though, the nose looks overdone and, well, plastic. But if Miss Jackson’s nasty nose is an example of the “bad,” to whom do we look for the “good”?
Ashlee Simpson maybe? Well, she did go for a plastic surgery recently. And according to her it wasn’t for self loathing. Going under the knife, she says, is “a personal choice. I believe if somebody chooses to do plastic surgery, it [should be] for yourself, not for anyone else.” Now that’s keeping it real. No matter what you do, you have to have confidence. That’s something no amount of surgery can cover for.

“Everybody always has an opinion,” Ashlee says. “One minute they’ll love you; one minute they’ll hate you. When you go home to sleep at night, [the important thing] is to feel good about yourself. And I do.”
